Toto is located in an attractive if somewhat noisy setting in the tower of the Tel-Aviv Museum of Art. The white and luminous decor creates a modern atmosphere. The restaurant offers Italian-Mediterranean cuisine, using good quality produce. The menu changes according to the season and the market.

There are quite a few exciting dishes on offer: start with carpaccio of amberjack with tapenade, calamari and shrimp on a bed of white beans, or the proscuitto ham with buffalo mozzarella and figs. For main course, try the potato gnocchi with truffle oil, chestnuts and sage and you can't go wrong with the thick pork chops or entrecote with root vegetables. You can also sit at the bar and drink from the extensive wine and alcohol list. Toto has a coffee shop nearby where you can buy bread, sandwiches and cakes. The service is good.
