The Taste of the City food fair returns to Tel Aviv this week for the 16th time, with dozens of leading restaurants invite food-lovers to get a taste of their delicacies, offered at a reduced price.

The event will take place at the Ganei Yehoshua grounds in Tel Aviv's Park Hayarkon from Monday, May 14 through Thursday, May 17.

Some of the restaurants participating in the food festival are Tapas Ahad Ha'am, Poyke, Dixie, Hanamal 24, Whitehall, Rokah 73, Adora, Elbabor, NG, Butchery de Bariloche, Sakura, Darna, Agadir, the Yafo Tel Aviv restaurant, and more.

In addition to the food stands, the event will also include a daily activity for children at 5:30 P.M.

Taste of the City is a joint project of the Tel Aviv municipality and the Haaretz Group's City Mouse. Organizers expect some 500 thousand people to attend the event.
