Police arrested yesterday a preschool teacher from Rishon Letzion on suspicion she operated a brothel.
Police say the woman, who will be arraigned today, had advertised her brothel in the local press.
According to the police, when detectives called the number appearing in the ads to pose as potential clients, the suspect told them they could receive sex for pay.
Police then sent an undercover detective to the venue, who found that the brothel was operating in the same building as the preschool under the suspect's management.
Police say only a thin wall separated the two places of business.
The detective arrested the suspect and detained several other women whom police believe were engaged in prostitution.
