World champion windsurfer Lee Korsitz will receive a bonus of NIS 54,500, the Israel Olympic Committee (IOC) decided yesterday.

Gocha Ziziashvilly, Greco-Roman world wrestling champion, will receive NIS 50,000 and Gal Friedman, who took bronze at the World Mistral Championship, will receive NIS 32,000.

European judo champion Arik Ze'evi is to get NIS 30,000, while European pole vault champion Alex Averbukh, who flunked at this year's world championship, will not receive a bonus.

The IOC plans to hand out total bonuses of NIS 426,750, of which NIS 294,250 will go to the athletes and NIS 132,500 to their coaches.
