The results of the survey spoke for themselves. I have to agree that correcting this one error makes zip all difference to the overall impression of the survey, i.e. that Israel is undeniably a racist state. The people who deny this obvious fact are propagandists and nothing more.

Hi Gideon, Indeed they are missing the point as you say. Don't let Ben-Dror annoy you however - he was indeed nitpicking in his article in Maariv and its translation in the Times of Israel, but he is an ambiguous chap who doesn't really reveal where his sympathies lie so he is a bit of an enigma. You, however are not and credit goes to you for expressing your opinions clearly and bluntly. Also, this piece is encouraging as you react in a mature and clear manner to your critics, even pointing out your own mistakes. It takes a real man to do that. Kol hakavod.

M. Levy comparison with France is ridiculous: Jews have not been at war with France for 60 years!

The real Apartheid is deviding the land and givving only 22% to Palestinians. The only real just solution is either of two: 1. Sharing the land between Jews and Palestinians while securing the Juwish right to have Equal demographich count and no less then 50% parliament votes. 2. Annexing the west bank back to Jordan and Gaza back to Egipt. Small Palestinian stae over 22% of the alleged Palestine is a false solution that will only yield war.

Gideon Levy is a deceiver, and should be regarded as such. Actuallly I should have written "gideon levy", because he is both שמאל and small...very, very small.

Mr. Levy, Your criticism on the criticism could have been tolerated if this would have been the first time. But those who follow you (and the criticism on your writing), know very clearly that distorting facts is almost your trademark. The only difference this time is that because of more awareness you were caught more quickly than usual. It is not your critics who deviate from the main issues, it is you. If your reporting would reflect reality in all its complexity unlike the shallow, one dimentionall way in which you portray it, then you could have initiated public debate over the real topics and your writing. The question that needs to be asked is why do Israelis feel this way about Arabs? If Arab Israelis didn't view the establishment of the State as a catastophe: if the majority of Arabs did not support Islamic extremism etc- would Israelis feel differently?

After the excellent anti-israel material was published the world over, who cares about this "correction"? The material has been added to the excellent store of justifications for the annihilations of the "zionist entity", most of which due to Haaretz.
