Abu Mazen wants a state, not the right of return

A BINATIONAL STATE, a single binational state rather than two states. They dont want a tiny non viable palestinian stare in Judea & Samaria and then end all furthe demands. They believe that Israel is part of Palestine so they want a s ingle state which to abou 90% of ordinary palestinins is the preferred solution. Only difference between Hamas & Abu Mezens lot is Hamas don't try to hide their goals whilst th PA pretends all they want is a tiny little state of about 5000km in which things like its airspace will b under Israli contol and no military, one of the most basic entitlement any independent state has but not this one.

We are more and more jews in Europe to press for exactly the scheme you develop in this paper. We are all eager to unite and let the Israelis who like you believe in fact without using the Bible as a land register. J Call and J Street will hopefully gather this silent (but growing) community of Jews supporting such recognition of a two-State solution. However, there's nothing like a 'last' or 'final' chance in this region. I opened my mind to Israel as a little girl in 1966 watching my family fear for the very existence of this mythical Israel and I hope that my grand-children will be able to see two states peacefully visiting each other and contributing to a conversation on peace resolution!

So do we make concessions with PA, and hypothetically, if they are successful, we negotiate with Hamas? Will the latter be possible? The Palestinians can't even unify in position, and you expect them to declare a country if they are fragmented? So what? Do we have to provide concessions again for Hamas once we have painfully conceeded with the PA? If the Palestinians can have a single position, and Hamas will agree, and all parties sign, and a referrendum, then fine. Otherwise, a UN-backed country will only make Israel's attack on Hamas more legal, as they are an official army of an official country.
