My dear mike, the difference between you and me is that I was there and I saw what happened and what I saw did not look like Hezbollah was winning at all. I don't have to listen to Olmert to know that the result of this war was harsher both for Lebanon and Hezbollah than it was for us. True, this war was not completed in a good style and we acted foolishly many times, but still the gap between IDF and Hezbollah is so wide that even poor performance was good enough to make them crave for the ceasefire and behave like good boys afterwords. As for Olmert, besides his criminal problems, I don't see why to blame him for the poor performance of generals. His decisions seem to be justified and in accordance with the popular mood in the country. No doubt Halutz has to go home and some more generals who proved to be bad at what they were supposed to do.
