In another two weeks, when Rabbi Hillel Horowitz will apparently enter the Knesset as number 13 on Habayit Hayehudi's slate, residents and employees of Upper Nazareth may finally get to learn who he is. Horowitz, a resident of Hebron, was an "adviser on settlement affairs" to Upper Nazareth's mayor until about six weeks ago. But what that meant, or who he was, remained a mystery to most townspeople.
