The journalist and social activist Merav Michaeli announced yesterday that she will be running for a place on the Labor Party's Knesset list. At least 10 women will be vying, along with Michaeli, for the four places high enough on the list to have a reasonable chance of securing a Knesset seat that the party has set aside for women.
