Oh dear Israel might face some genuine Palestinian resistance

Without the settlements and continued Israeli control as agreed in the Oslo accord what would prevent the area from being overrun by terrorists as already happened in Lebanon and Gaza and is currently happening in the Sinai Peninsula?

The arrangement of UN resolution 182 provisions for Israel tax authorities and its financial representatives to borrow and disburs of funds on behalf of both, Jewish and Arab neighbors. So, if Israel indeed issued a tender for a bond sale for IMF on behalf of Arab neighbor IMF must honor the offer without any reservation or file for bankruptcy. It is illegal for IMF to volunteer denial such proposition and if true IMF is criminally liable for restitutions.

Europe, like the US, is broke. They cannot afford non-humanitarian foreign aid and are suicidal to still be doing this. Besides, most foreign aid is given to deadly enemies and dictatorships by naive richer countries. Only real humanitarian aid should still be given to anyone, and this is a very very small percentage of foreign aid.

Or stop the setllers from destroying the palastine olive groves, maybe remove blockade from the PA areas, how about just end the occupation

The Palestinians were hindered from forming their own State with Israel illegal occupation. Israel illegally occupies Palestine and therefore Israel is responsible for its welfare and the welfare of the civilians.,

There is no independence or ability to repay. The PA does not collect its own taxes or have any independent ability to raise money.

If Israel is the occupying force are they not responsible for providing for the occupied?

Why would they not just ask the US to for that money, which would be approved without reservation and if not still covered under the loan guarantees that Israel gets from the US? From everything I hear the US politicians are doing everything they can do deny the 500 million they currently give the PA at the behest of AIPAC! I don't mean to sound ignorant, but perhaps someone could make sense of this for me?
