Zobari says the financial crisis is having two simultaneous effects: On the one hand, many potential buyers with a large stock portfolio or a capital market portfolio have lost money and are in no hurry to buy apartments. On the other hand, many people who were invested in the capital market are rushing to extract their money and invest it in apartments - a more solid asset. "I can't say which is more prominent," he says.

Zobari explains that potential buyers who have lost a lot of money are in no hurry to invest. However, several buyers have hastened to sell their investment portfolios in favor of investments in real estate, whose value has not declined as drastically as that of the stock market. Zobari himself is optimistic. He believes that the price of prestige apartments in the country's center will not decline dramatically because, he says, demand exceeds supply.
