Sources say that Amobee and its investors decided to reject the offer, believing that they could get far more for the company. This is a very rare case indeed, of an Israeli startup rejecting such a generous offer by Israeli standards. Amobee product enables cellular providers to include revenues-generating advertising content in its services.
