The German-Israeli success story that was lost in the telling

The miracle of post-war Israeli-German science cooperation ought to be celebrated rather than overshadowed by inappropriate and damaging political considerations.

On December 6, 2012, a round-table discussion took place in the frame of the German-Israeli Inter-Governmental Consultations in Berlin. It was devoted to Israeli-German cooperation in science and the humanities and included Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, German Chancellor Dr. Angela Merkel and five scientists and scholars from Israel and Germany.
