I think Israel was also intimitated by the presence of islamist militants on the ship. I'm sure that they had the intelligence about passengers. For this reason they acted with rush and mavi marmara had more political support than other flotillas and was also supported by the Turkish and international media. They knew this and this maybe caused panic. I don't think that their initial intention was to kill people before they landed. It would be a greater mistake. But once they landed, they lost the control of the crowd. I think the commandos that were sent to mavi marmara were more specialized in combat training than riot control. I think it was a decisional mistake by the higher ranked officials to send such unit. It should have been done more effectively and without casualties.

Even if they wanted to harm or kill people, they would have already done it without landing on to the ship. By firing random shots from the helicopter. They wouldn't put their highly trained valuable commandos at risk. Obviously their intention was to control the ship but they acted too quickly without examining the details of the operation.

You obviously didn't see the videos of the conflict with the attacking shahids tackling the descending Israeli commandos with knives, steel pipes and chains, etc. and throwing down a soldier to a lower deck, or you did see it and still claimed like the blind and lying Turks that no violence was evident on the part of the activists.

It isn't wise to say he didn't see the videos because nobody has seen the complete unedited footage. The fact that Israel has evidence it isn't showing is pretty good evidence of something being done which Israel is afraid to let us see.
