A democratic state. That’s it. Because of different mindsets, two people, both alike in name and form, are not the same. Neither are basic Judaism (Orthodox Judaism) and Reform Judaism.
Religion and state cannot be bedfellows
Reform Jews do not follow all the tenets of Judaism, which makes their practice a separate religion. That doesn't mean, however, that they don't deserve equality under the law.
