Rock-solid I guess this means he has chosen a very wrong path this means that the majority is not voting ????? America learned this lesson early the oppressed majority not being able to vote almost destroyed us a few times I really wonder where this country would be if we had not let the blacks vote in the 60s just starting in my life time or the woman in the 70s most surly he would not be wining if the oppressed was able to vote

SO, IF you think that with 40% of electorate and 47% of casted votes a win nor possible: your damn wrong cos that's very much POSSIBLE in Parliamentary Democracies: Israel also can have a majorit@Y with 2/5 IL Electorate: especially IF and WHEN in significant numbers voters to STAY AW@NOT VOTING

IF enough and a significant number of the rightious voters abstain from voting: SO, it can happen that like in Aruba one part@Y wins majorit@ Y also in Aruba: one electorate district - the one my Mom lives in - has Granted AVP absolute majorit@Y with 47% of all casted votes as 40% of Electorate: in Santa Cruz - even though that without Santa Cruz the MEP wouldn't have won even 3 seats - so many voters abstained from voting: thus at the ballot they decided by stayiung home without voting. This district not only decided the fate of MEP: it decided too the fate of AVP: if less voters abstained from voting AVP would've won 10 of 21= Minorit@Y: if more voters casted a vote in Santa Cruz MEP would win 9 instead of 8 and PDR 2 instead of 1 and SO AVP 10 instead of 12 in Parliament: in Israeli Knesset too that is very much possible with group of 3: Likud+HH+Labor good465 of 120 Knesset seats and not so much needed4majorit@Y: in Israeli Knesset 61 is more than enough to GOV ISRAEL

ÆND: in Israel or on any other country with Parliamentary Democracy you can win an absolute majorit@Y on your own with 40% of all voters with Right to Vote: and thus even with 47% of all casted votes you can win: a majorit@Y of 11 or even 12 of 21 seats majorit@Y in Parliament BECAUSE: that has actually alread@Y happened@Aruba Democracy.

I told you alread@Y since September 2009 - that is thus now 3 years + 4 months ago - you don't need more than 40% of the electorate and no more than 47% of the casted votes to win a majorit@Y in Parliament in Democracy: in September 2009 AVP won in Aruba ±41% of Electorate 2009: and 47.5% of all the votes casted a majorit@Y of 12 of 21 seats. Even with 40% of Electorate and even with 47% of all casted votes it is AVP winning@least 11 of 21 seats and thus anyway majorit@Y 4 AVP @ÆND: in Aruba that's going to happen again as in any case AVP will keep@least 11 of 21 seats no matter WH@EVER happen or not in the 2013 Elections
