For Perry and his ilk, there is a future
In the Shin Bet, Jacob Perry did not always differentiate between the good guys and the bad. Afterward, he got rich in the service of tycoons. Today, as No. 2 in Yesh Atid, he presents himself as a fighter for the middle class and for a new, clean Israeli politics.
In 1988, then prime minister Yitzhak Shamir appointed Jacob Perry to head the Shin Bet security service.
