Although this right-wing coalition government has not announced an acceptance of the 1967 borderline in reaching a peace agreement with the Palestinians, it's a substantial step towards this median of 1967. It's also a significant step that the retainment of the 3 large settlement blocs are mentioned outside the freeze of construction. There's no reason why the two-states cannot be addressed as viable entities despite the complications because it's only the extremists who can't comprehend coexistence - and they're not the majority on both sides. The Israeli right wants to resolve the conflict - but President Abbas has to also be bold and come to the negotiation table because these are the people to make peace with. The center and left have already agreed to the premise, so it's a waste of time to wait for them because they may not be elected in 2013.
