Well, strategically, having the network in the US is important in at least one respect: it heavily covers what Americans' antagonists and enemies are thinking and doing. As long as Americans go into the matter with an understanding of what Al Jazeera is, I think they can gain from Al Jazeera a better understanding of how to confront anti - Americanism and anti - Westernism by looking both forces straight on.
