All the eulogies for Meir Har-Zion are right. He was the epitome of a combat soldier, a man who set the highest standards for young people to aspire to and risk their lives. He was talented and bold. He wouldn’t send others to do the dirty work but would lead them forward despite the danger. He was ready to take a bullet and come back on his own or on a stretcher.
