A swastika and other graffiti were found smeared on the exterior of a synagogue in western Germany, police said Thursday. Displaying Nazi symbols is a criminal offense in Germany, and police said they had opened criminal proceedings against the synagogue director for displaying the symbols. Just kidding! :)
