Supreme Court rejects Ofer Glazer's appeal of harassment charges
Glazer, husband of billionaire Shari Arison, to begin serving six-month jail sentence next Sunday for sexual harassment, indecent acts.
By Yuval YoazThe Supreme Court refused Sunday to overturn the sexual harassment conviction of Ofer Glazer, the husband of billionaire Shari Arison.
Glazer, who was convicted of sexual harassment and committing indecent acts against two plaintiffs, will begin serving a six-month jail sentence next Sunday.
The sentence also includes a one-year suspended sentence, and a NIS 10,000 fine to be paid to the State, and NIS 15,000 compensation to be paid to each of the complainants.
Glazer, 46, was convicted of committing indecent acts against two women: one whom he met in Eilat when she sought to rent an apartment, the other who was a nurse who looked after his wife after an operation.
In September, Tel Aviv District Court unanimously rejected Glazer's first appeal of this conviction, as well as his request to have the six-month jail sentence lightened.

i aggree with Bruno their priggishness, braggadocio and superciliousness should render them icky
Why call these people by nicknames which implies a degree of friendliness which they do not deserve. Katsav, Glazer and Ramon - each in their own way, deserve to be forgotten and blotted out from public life in Israel. Their hubris, arrogance and high degree of self-importance makes them highly undesirable characters not people we should bestow nicknames upon.
Sorry I meant Ofer and not Davi. But I am sure that a Davi will come along soon.
You see, even Sheri's billions didn't help this time. Davi, Moshik and Haimi all belong together.
He will be where he belongs!!!
