Why should the palestinians make peace when they can wait 15 years for Israel to disappear? Peace, as you can see, is only in Israel's interests. However, it will not come without ceding part of Jerusalem - and the Haredim cannot accept that, for the Messiah will never forgive them if they do. They will prefer to have a single state, Israel or Palestine, as long as Jerusalem remains united. So, the end game, is not a peace treaty but a single state.
