By Haaretz ServiceReputed crime family member Francois Abutbul on Tuesday gave his first testimony in the case of the 2004 murder of 18-year-old Ra'anan Levi, and vehemently denied the charges against him.
Francois Abutbul and his cousin Avi had been found guilty of stabbing Levi to death outside a Shefayim nightclub, after dragging him with their jeep for several meters.
During his testimony, Abutbul addressed the victim's family and said "I did not stab Ra'anan. Get it into your heads, it wasn't me."
"Even before the investigation began, they already determined I was the murderer," he said.
