The incidents where people were heavily wounded by Neo-Nazis were people with an african background, if I remember correctly. And also an italian was attacked. Let's not pretend that a resurgence of "Neo-Nazi crime" in Germany, as reported in a Jewish online newspaper, is not meant to suggest that Jews are the principle victims of that growing wave of crime. I think it is reasonable to ask that this report clarify who the victims of those "8,000 crimes" were, and a little something about motive. Break it down for us ethnically; and please don't imply that these crimes were the acts of mindless antisemitism.

Racism is racism. You'll find racism everywhere, even in your own nation of the Netherlands. The CBC aired a documentary showing a significant number of Dutch turning to right-wing political parties who advocate the expulsion of Muslims. What a pity this article didn't specify who the victims of these crimes are. Are the victims Jewish, Arab, Muslim, Black or Asian or a combination of all the above. I know that in France and the UK the crimes of the neo-Nazi groups are predominantly directed at Arabs and blacks with only low nunbers of anti-Semitic attacks. I imagine in Germany it will be the same. That should give some comfort to the many racists on this board.

I always knew it was a mistake for emigrating Jews leaving the old Soviet Union to settle in Germany. They would have been welcomed in Eretz Israel. They still are. Looks like now is the time to correct the mistake.
