For those fearing Big Brother's presence in all aspects of life, his prevalence in the Israeli workplace may not come as a surprise.

According to a report by the Association for Civil Rights in Israel, employers are increasingly invading their workers' privacy.

    Privacy is being invaded in every part of the world, including other Western nations. Although this particular invasion of privacy seems especially totalitarian-like, it should be praised that the media was able to uncover and release an in-depth report on it- something that would most definitely be censored in the U.S., where media outlets are controlled by the big and powerful.
