Police question MK Ziv over sexual assault allegations
Pensioners' Party member: Party activist's claims I forcibly touched her are politically-motivated.
By Jonathan LisMK Izhak Ziv (Pensioners' Party) arrived Thursday at a police station in Lod to answer questions concerning his alleged sexual assault of a party activist.
Ziv was accompanied to the station by lawyer Zion Amir, who advised former president Moshe Katzav during the police probe into rape allegations against him.
The Hebrew daily Yedioth Aharonoth reported that an investigation against the 69-year-old Ziv was opened after a female activist filed a complaint against him a few weeks ago.
According to the complainant, Ziv had forcibly held her during a tour he gave of his house. She claims Ziv at one point lifted her shirt, touched her breasts, and then threw her on his bed. She said she resisted him and fled.
A polygraph test of the woman conducted by the newspaper confirmed her claim.
Ziv denied the woman's accusations and said she was motivated by political vengeance.

The '69' year old must have had one idea on his mind, else why would he be in politics, neh? It's too bad his flaccid protestations don't stand up in the full glare of public scrutiny...may a black box with electric wires forever cause the guilty to quail at the spark of reason.
The good times are over. It is no longer your right and no is no.
