Petah Tikva man confesses to stabbing 25-year-old stepson to death
The two had been drinking and had an argument about something insignificant before the murder.
By Roni Singer-HerutiPetah Tikvah police on Thursday arrested a man who confessed to stabbing his 25-year-old stepson to death in the early hours of the morning.
Police forces and rescue teams arrived at the victim's apartment at 3 A.M. after receiving notification of a stabbing. They found the victim lying in his bed with a knife in his heart.
The victim's mother, who was in the house when police arrived, said that the suspect had gotten drunk with his stepson before the incident and began arguing with him about something apparently insignificant.
The victim and his mother both asked the suspect to leave the house after the argument. The suspect left the premises and returned at about 2:30 A.M. with a knife. He then entered the victim's room and stabbed him to death.
When the suspect told his wife he had committed the murder, she ran into her son's room and tried to resuscitate him to no avail, after which she called the police.

Alcohol used to be the main culprit between tribes fighting each other , and drunk poets insulting kings and leaders , and men divorcing their wives and brothers fighting each other , then came islam and fobade Alcohol and any other subtance (like drugs) to make you lose control over your faculties. Yes some arab men still drink alcohol and mistreat their livers too.
Alcohol should really be banned. It has no social use whatsoever. The social and econimic cost of alcohol consumption is too high. The worst thing is that it ruins your erection, so it should be every man's worst enemy. There should be health campaigns about it. Having said that, it makes women more up for it. I suppose the moral of the story is, don't drink with your stepfather....
