PA hands over to Israel an East J'lem man suspected of murdering his two sisters
Man is believed to have strangled two sisters, tried to kill a third then fled to PA-controlled area.
By Haaretz Service and Jonathan LisThe Palestinian Authority on Tuesday handed over to Israel a Palestinian man from East Jerusalem suspected of murdering his two sisters some two months ago.
The man is also suspected of trying to kill a third sister.
The man admitted to the allegations against him and reenacted the killings for police investigators.
According to suspicions, the Jabel Mukaber man strangled his sisters to death due to concerns they had sullied the family's honor.
Following the murders, the man fled into PA-controlled territory.
