For the second time since November, Namir Road in Tel Aviv was blocked on Sunday evening due to a water main break.

The road closure snarled traffic in Tel Aviv during the evening rush hour.

This marks the fourth time in two years that a main water pipe in Tel Aviv has burst and caused major disruptions.
