Tiberias eatery doesn't need rabbinate to say it's kosher
Many locals came to support her decision. But for now, she has no other restauranteurs standing with her.
On Tuesday at 10 A.M. Avigail Aharon was still trying to make up her mind what dish to add to the daily menu at her restaurant. Eventually she decided on madruta, a dish she says is unique to Tiberius - roasted eggplant baked in an oven with lots of garlic, and chicken breasts.
