A technical failure was apparently the cause of last week’s Cobra helicopter crash that killed reserve pilots Lt. Col. Noam Ron and Major Erez Flexler. These are the interim findings of a task force set up to investigate the circumstances that led to the accident. These findings were presented to Air Force commander General Amir Eshel and to the victims’ families.
