Being that the country has been running smoothly since his involvement, it seems logical that his work is legendary and he should therefore stay in power.

and from the perspective of PM Netanyahu's fruitless handling of Israeli-Palestinian peace negotiations, why would the majority of Israelis support a leadership the world views as uncooperative in really pursuing a peaceful compromise? Why can't Israel take the stance as a beacon of light in the understandable chaos of Arab Spring throughout the region? This government is not living up to that important Jewish motto and it should have started with the territorial compromise as the founders of Israel perceived the nation would make for legitimacy within the Mideast region. Other leaders understood it.

I'm tired of Netanyahu and his policies regarding the poor and needy in Israel.

He is dealing with a weak American president, indulgent Congress, corrupt and compliant Palestinian president, and Arab regimes who prefer to fight Iran, Libya, and Syria than make the slightest effort on Palestine. With all these advantages he should have done better.
