The prosecution said mayor was convicted as part of plea bargain that was signed only after he agreed to resign and pledged not to run in next mayoral race.
Kiryat Malakhi Mayor Motti Malka has resigned following his conviction Thursday by the Be’er Sheva Magistrate’s Court of two counts of sexual harassment involving two women, and of breach of trust.
