BECAUSE: it is as if the 14% that didn't cast a vote last year is MORE IMPORTANT tan the 86% that did and gave an election result: cos NO 14% among that 86% who voted last year can't give Capriles Mandate IF not with at least 58.2%: but the 14% who didn't vote can with 50.1% and that is what is SUCH UNDEMOCRATIC even with Capriles not bit WINNING

ÆND: IF 86% turn out to vote, Capriles needs at least 58.2% of votes 4 MANDATE: but IF the 14% that didn't turn out2vote in October 2012 turns out to vote this year: then 100% turn out to vote and than he will need just a bit more than 50%, for a Mandate: that is now Democracy.

I remember when Pnina Rosenblum ran and she made a deal with another party that if she didn't get enough votes to get seats, she'd give her votes to a larger party in exchange for them including some of her party's platform on theirs. Any of these tiny parties could do that this time and strengthen the bloc against Bibi, Liberman and Shas.
