Four Tiberias teenagers were charged Tuesday with aggravated assault and battery in an attack on an Arab man on the Tel Aviv boardwalk about two weeks ago. Daniel Karai, 19, and three juvenile males were indicted in Tel Aviv District Court in the assault of Hassan Ausruf, 40, a Jaffa resident who operates a street sweeper for the Tel Aviv municipality.
