Our government wants black people to live in Norway and they provide asylum seekers with free housing and jobs ("that norwegian eorkingclass wont take" since they actually have to pay the rent for our housing without benefits). Norwegian politicians cheer the prospect of etnic norwegians becoming a minority in Oslo whitin the next 10 years. So please bring em on to Norway!

The Geneva Conventions of 1949 mention no such prohibition. You are thinking of the refugee convention of 1951, which enshrines the principle of non-refoulement.
