The culprits are Israelis and their victims are of the same ilk, yet Nigeria's name somewhere appears in the report. My mother-in-law is living in a seniors resident. Many of the seniors need 100% caregiving including cleaning up after bowel movements. Part of the punishment should be minimum 1 year volunteering to work at senior's residences doing the grunt work. If they fail to show up even 1 day they will get an additional 5yrs behind bars. Believe me this will educate these lowlifes as to the meaning of protecting seniors.
