Chief pathologist tapped to replace disgraced Hiss

Okay, so a predominantly Jewish society is not a place where one would expect to gain lots of experience in pathology and autopsies. Does this justify severe violations of ethics? If an IVF clinic has trouble getting sperm donations, would this justify doctors from providing their own and then falsifying the documentation? Your logic is as deeply flawed as Hiss' ethics.

Given the nature of religious sensitivities in Israeli culture where autopsies are strictly rejected by masses, it's hard to develop skilled pathologists and maintain pathology work. Clinical pathology is different from forensics, so question begs how many Israeli doctors are trained in forensic pathology? I bet the unethical behavior from Dr. Hiss stemmed from difficulty retaining enough organs to conduct work because Jewish tradition says that every body part must be buried within 24 hours, so he was forced to misbehave by not informing people that he was using tissue samples from the dead.
