The longtime head of the Abu Kabir Institute of Forensic Medicine, Dr. Yehuda Hiss, who was dismissed from his post as chief pathologist last year after a series of scandals, is to be replaced by his former deputy, who was also his chief critic.

Okay, so a predominantly Jewish society is not a place where one would expect to gain lots of experience in pathology and autopsies. Does this justify severe violations of ethics? If an IVF clinic has trouble getting sperm donations, would this justify doctors from providing their own and then falsifying the documentation? Your logic is as deeply flawed as Hiss' ethics.
