A cellular phone belonging to a senior employee of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's official office was stolen on Tuesday, while its owner was shopping in the Ramot Mall in Jerusalem.

more likely she forgot it somewhere, like on hte table of a coffee shop.... and it being stolen is an excuse to get off the hook.
