Judge reverses conviction in third murder case, says there wasn't enough evidence of killing cellmate.
The Supreme Court on Wednesday acquitted Yihye Adwan Farhan in the murder of Aharon Simhov, saying his culpability had not been proven beyond a reasonable doubt. The court, however, let stand his convictions in the murders of Dana Bennett and tourist Sylvia Molrova.
