Yacimovich sets Labor primaries for November 14, pending convention approval

Labor Party Chairwoman Shelly Yacimovich announced Sunday that primary elections would be held on November 14, a few months ahead of schedule. The move must be approved by the Labor convention to go into effect, and it is not yet clear that it will win the required majority.
