In that specific Likud charter apparently Gaza is also mentioned and Israeli settlement evacuation has already occurred in 2006, which makes this Likud charter null and void. Charters can be replaced and written. The Likud party under Menachem Begin agreed to territorial return of the Sinai, and most importantly, the Likud political party has not engaged in terrorism since the British Mandate period in Palestine. Can't compare these political right wingers with Palestinian extremists over the last 25 -35 years.

Quartet conditions are unbalanced. They only apply to Pals. No condition is asked from the occupier Israel, which is not logic. Pals have experience with reconizing Israel in 1988: till present Israel refuses to recognize a Pal state. So it is logic that Hamas refuses to recognize Israel at this stage (they many times said to accept a negotiated solution agreed in a referendum). Demanding ceding all violence is against international law which recognises the right a an occupied people to use this as last resort if other means fail. Recognizing all previous agreements is not logic since Israel constantly acts against them (with settlements, blokkade of Gaza, etc etc.). . . .

Nothing has changed in Egypt . Brotherhood regime has the same goals of Mubarak's regime ,they are both have the same attitudes towards USA aiming to get financial support .Mursi like Mubarak is eager to respect the peace treaty with Israel and he will do all his effort to solve the Palestinian problem for the sake of his people .
