Lebanon charges four with collaborating with Israel
Men accused of spying on civilian and military positions; 23 charged with espionage over recent months.

The official says military prosecutor Saqr Saqr also charged the four Saturday with providing Israel with information about civilian and military positions and political figures in Lebanon.
The official spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to talk to the media.
Lebanon considers itself at war with Israel, and spying for or collaborating with the Jewish state can be punishable by death.
