Netanyahu's Likud party approves merger with Lieberman's Yisrael Beiteinu

Netanyahu and Lieberman will lead Israel into deeper political isolation and toward greater pariah status among the international community. And when the Palestinians one day attain status at the UN, Netanyahu and Lieberman will ultimately lead Israel directly to the International Criminal Court at the Hague. With the left regaining some of their popularity & Lapid poaching mostly Likud voters Bibi may well have lost this coming election and if Labor had won the election then Shelly Y would have done everything possible to avoid inviting Liberman into her coalition. Between them Bibi & Liberman can almost certainly gain enough votes to give this new party a very comfortable lead Bibi will be PM and Liberman can have any ministry he choses. Add to that the nationalists & religious block and Bibi can form a coalition which does not include Labor although Kadima might be invited back just to increase the size of the coalition and make it more stable. Finally Bibi has seen that to many parties is not good for democracy same way to few is not good and merging into a few large parties is the way forward instead of lots of single issue parties that exist for the sole purpose of joining coalitions and gaining a disproportionate amount of influence.

Well Mr. Netanyahu, what's your next move now? You have isolated Israel enough! During your tenure, the word diplomacy has not existed, haranguing everyone, trying to appear as a “macho” before the whole world but mainly in Israel where you need to have a bright popularity and acceptance. Basically you are bankrupt of ideas and bankrupt of scruples. Israel needs someone else right now and you are not the one!
