Study: One in Four Israeli Men Suffers From Sleep Apnea

Of the 204 men who completed all the tests, 50 were found to suffer moderate to severe sleep apnea.

One-quarter of the Israeli men assessed in a recent Health Ministry study suffer from sleep apnea, which can lead to extreme daytime fatigue that can endanger others if the sufferers can't focus or stay awake while driving, according to the ministry's Medical Institute for Road Safety.
