Israeli ministers back bill to stymie no-confidence motions

Israel's Ministerial Committee on Legislation on Monday unanimously approved a bill intended to make it more difficult to pass a no-confidence motion. The unanimous ministerial approval means the bill will therefore receive official government backing.
