Israel Police Suspect Bedouin Man in Connection With Two Daughters' Murders

The girls, 3 and 5, were found strangled to death; mother complained to the police the night before the murder, saying that the father threatened to hurt the girls; dismissal expected for Police Chief.

The mother of two girls who were murdered on Monday had complained a day earlier to the Arad police, saying she feared her ex-husband would kill her daughters. The police ignored the complaint and did not call the girls’ father in for questioning or send anyone to the house.
