The High Court of Justice on Wednesday gave the state two weeks to destroy a structure in the illegal West Bank outpost of Havat Gilad which was built without a permit.
In issuing their order, the judges sharply criticized the outpost's contravention of a previous interim order (decree nisi,) with one judge describing it as "impudence."
