Ariel University senate to vote Thursday on controversial faculty charter
Original vote in May 2013 was postponed following objections that charter would violate academic freedom at university, situated beyond the Green Line
The Ariel University senate will vote Thursday on a controversial charter outlining the rights and obligations of its faculty. The vote was originally scheduled last May, but postponed after senior faculty members from various universities, including Ariel, voiced concerns about some of its content.
